Rhonda Jacobs has been involved in Real Estate since the 1980's. She has worked in all areas of the new home construction business from being a site agent, specializing in new construction sales to helping builders and developers in the development of new subdivisions. Rhonda is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, Home Builders Association of South Caorlina, The National Home Builders Association, Columbia Sales and Marketing Council, Board of Realtors and is often a judge for the National Home Builders Association. She has her brokers license and holds a Master CSP designation in New Home Sales. She is a frequent Regal award participant which recognizes the leaders in New Homes Sales.   Craig Winesett has been selling new construction for more than 5 years. He has worked all areas of new construction sales and specializes in site management and marketing. He is a member of the Columbia Sales and Marketing Council, holds a brokers license and a Master CSP designation in New Homes Sales. He is also sales manager for C and C Builders of Columbia. He is a frequent Regal award participant which recognizes the leaders in New Home Sales.
